Even though Jason Dear is half a world away in New Zealand and Im in California, responses to my emails were very
prompt and I was never kept waiting more than a few hours. Shipping of an updated cable and driver took only a few
days and the resulting consult capability is a great addition to any Nissan or Infiniti owners bag of troubleshooting
