I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the blaZt product and the excellent customer service I received to ensure that I got compatible cable, drivers and consult software for my Infiniti Q45. Even though Jason Dear is half a world away in New Zealand and Im in California, responses to my emails were very prompt and I was never kept waiting more than a few hours. Shipping of an updated cable and driver took only a few days and the resulting consult capability is a great addition to any Nissan or Infiniti owners bag of troubleshooting tools.
